Under the results of competitive bidding carried out by TNK-BP, Moscow, GN Energy Engineering was awarded with  the Contract  for carrying out the works on analysis and assessment of the EPC-Contractor’s possible risks during implementation of the Contract for construction of Unit No.3, “Nizhnevartovskaya GRES” power project with a capacity of about  800 MW.

The scope of works executed by GN Energy Engineering, includes:


• Elaboration of arrangement structure and algorithm for the EPC-Contractor’s sequence of activities during execution of works for construction of Unit No.3, “Nizhnevartovskaya GRES” power project on the “turn-key” basis;
• Elaboration of the Time Schedule for  works execution indicating the costs of the works stages;
• Analysis of market and selection of subcontractors for execution of all types of works for the Project;
• Analysis of conditions for the Project construction and  specific character of local conditions, assessment of the EPC-Contractor’s possible difficulties and risks as well as an  elaboration of measures preventing and minimizing unforseen costs.
